Awww.. That can be frustrating, I’m sure.
First, I’ll ask if you can put a litter box at the foot of your bed since Tulip seems to have taken a shine to that place? If you can, litter training isn’t too hard. At the top of BB, under Bunny info, there are some great tips. But if she’s chosen this place, sometimes it’s as easy as putting the litter box there, with litter, some hay (bunnies love to eat and poo at the same time) and some times a little enticing treat like a leafy green to make them jump in.

If you don’t want her peeing/pooing at the foot of your bed (understandable) you may have to show her where to go. When you see her get into position or lift the tail, you may want to relocate her. I’m sure someone on here has better advice than that, sorry. For my bun, she kept trying to pee next to the litter box, so finally I caught her trying to do that, picked her up really quickly and deposited her in the box and she didn’t even really miss a beat, went potty and she was trained after that!

The best thing to do is to keep her off the bed. A litter box at the end of the bed isn’t going to help anyway and I wouldn’t want to do that either LOL.

It’s more of a territorial thing than a litter training thing anyway. Bed’s smell very much like their “humans” and they are claiming the bed – it’s extremely common. Age and altering may eventually change this naughtiness.

Putting their hay in one end of the litter box helped train my buns. They like to eat and go at the same time Until she is trained, you may want to keep her off the bed though

It’s OK, but you want her to go back to her litter pan whenever she needs to go. You can also let her out after you’ve seen her go into her litter pan in her cage first, so at least you are sure it’s because she is marking but not because she needs to go and can’t hold it. Definitely if you see her lift her tail, scoop her up and place her in her litter pan so she learns to go there.

And make a 50/50 white vinegar/water mix in a spray bottle. You want to wash off the foot of the bed with it and spray it. She won’t like the smell, it will kill the marking odor so she won’t necessarily return to the spot to pee over and over because she decided it was her spot for doing that.
I used to keep spare litter pans in other rooms for Spockie (like under a desk) because he couldn’t make it back to his cage soon enough when he was running around. Samantha is much better about only using her one pan. She finds it, goes, then comes back out. So either method is handy depending on your bunny.

Next time you have a pee accident, take a paper towel or tissue and soak it up with it. Then set it into the new litter pan so she will smell her own pee there.
If not possible, take some slightly soiled litter from her current pan and a few poos and drop it in the new pan. You want her to identify with it asap.
