Hello Binky Bunnie community! After a year of pleading, working and cajoling I have finally gotten my own pet....a stunning lionhead doe. Her name is Tulip, and we are unsure of her age. I found her at a pet store, but she is from a breeders home. My Mom only agreed to a bunny is she/he lived outside....well she took one look at tiny, fluffy tulip, and changed her mind! So now I have a very spoiled roomate.....I couldnt be happier! Quick question: Is it ok to put hay (alfalfa?) in her litter box? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Please!!! Oh and I would love to see your bunnies!

Can you help me post pics. of her please? Thanks!

If she's a baby still, alfalfa hay in her litter box is totally fine. After she gets older, 6 months to a year, change her over to timothy hay.

Actually it's best not to copy and paste a photo -- though you can copy and paste a link of course. Though copying and pasting can work, sometimes it can wreak havoc and cause a strange error. So best to just either link it or upload it. (You have to use the reply, not quick reply, to see the uploading options). Also check the tech section about how to upload photos.

Awh! What a lil cutie! If you have some old rugs laying around, those would make for nice safe spots from the "lava" (hardwood floors). You might even get some binkies!

Just make sure she doesn't eat the rugs.
