We noticed our rabbit who is 6 years old and is a dwarf lop eared rabbit had a blue eye with red veins around it. The vet prescribed painkillers an exocin eye drops and said if its no better in two days the eye will have to be removed or the rabbit put down. Is there anything we can do to prevent this or does she have a good chance of getting better?

What exactly did the vet say was wrong with her? Did he give you a diagnosis?

He said there was a scratch on her eye causing it

That does not seem a reason to have the eye removed or the rabbit put down. I would think as well it would take more than 2 days of medication for the eye to heal. I would want to get a second opinion if after the medication is done and the eye isn’t healed, and he still thinks it put out the eye or put down the rabbit. It may be worse than I am understanding.
