Scribbles is 5 months old and got neutered about a month ago. He has a condo in my room. I let him out about 12 hours a day to run around my room. When he’s in his condo he uses his litterbox perfectly. When he’s out of his condo he poops all over my room!  He’s been doing this for 2 months now. He also pees on my bed in one spot, so i just blocked it off with an x pen because i got tired of cleaning it. I thought neutering would fix this, but so far it hasn’t. Why does he keep doing this?

It’s really more of a matter of age and neutering.

What you might try is putting an extra litter box out in your room with some hay in it and encourage him to use it. He’s probably not just going to go where you want him too unless you actually train him. With some rabbits, using the litter box is instinctual, with others you really have to train them. If you seem him pooping then pick him up and put him in the extra litter box. Pick up all the poops as well and stick them in there.

As for peeing on the bed, you are doing the best thing by not allowing him up there at all.
