I recently got my 7 month old female spayed and that has instantly stopped her overly affectionate behaviour but im wondering if the strong smell of her urine will lessen over time? It only became a problem when she hit ‘that age’ and its gotten so bad im changing her tray twice a day.

        any one had this problem?

The smell will go down, it usually does If it doesn’t, make sure it isn’t some other problem, like a UTI. But that would have other symptoms too.

Could also be her glands need cleaning. Do you have a follow up check up planned? You could clean her yourself, or make a quick appt. with your vet to make sure she’s fine, clean her and get her nails trimmed. If it lasts a few more weeks, I’d try that.
