so this is gonna sound… dumb but i think my rabbit has a uti or something and i would like to get that checked out. problem is, i don’t know how to set up an appointment? i already have the vet’s number which is on the rabbit.org list of approved rabbit vets. i mean i guess my main question is, what do i say? i was thinking “hello, i would like to set up an appointment for my rabbit” and then the person on the other line will probably say “whats wrong” and then i’ll explain and then the other person will probably ask if I’m a new patient or something and blah. is that good? thanks

Just call and say you have a new bunny that needs to get checked out, should be good

Just say what Moneybun said and the receptionist at the vet clinic will ask you anything that they need to know. They do it all day everyday so don’t worry!

They may insist your parents speak with them, as they legally have responsibility for the bunny.

They might let you set up the appointment, but I imagine they would want a parent with you at the appointment. Are there times available that are after school?
