 Ok first, has your website been going down a lot lately? I've been getting this screen both on firefox and safari a lot- 

 

And second, whenever I've opened add new post, theres a square with a green puzzle piece in the comment box already?

They are updating the website this weeks so they take it offline for a few hours when they are updating it. I get that message alot.
