I fed my rabbit right before he left, I brought a small bag of his favorite hay for them to give him while he waited/after and a small bag of pellets for him to get after. They used isoflurane gas on my rabbit so he woke up really quickly and I was able to get him an hour later but spays are harder so it might be longer for you. Make sure you get pain medicine! Mine gave my metacam ( it was honey flavored I think ) and he took it no problem, I also had to give him bene-bac twice a day for a week.

Make sure she doesn’t jump around and if you have a litterbox with a high side roll up a towel so she can get in it easier, I know spays are usually harder than neuters. You might want to ask for some critical care if you don’t already have it in case she won’t eat on her own.

Demand it if they say no

make sure she has a clean potty, keep it clean every day so no chance of icky stuff getting in her incision. You’ll need to confine her for at least a few days, a week is recommended.

Just in her condo. No running around allowed. Make sure she can’t jump onto any levels.

Here is what Dana Krempels says about surgical pre-op and post-op care of rabbits. It’s for all surgeries, but also applies to spays.
