Its hard to tell. A rabbit should have a minimum living space of 4×4 ftsq, with the ability to stand up all the way.

I know its hard to perfect the cage. I made Bunjamin deal with the one I brought him home with (fairly large but not big enough) until I could get this condo stuff figured out. I just kept buying materials and finally, it was done and he’s so much happier. Here’s the picture evidence… this is him right now:

the door is open and he’s choosing to stay in his cage, I figure that must mean he likes it!
And I’m still making improvements! Don’t beat yourself up about it, you’ve already built a cage that is better than most people start with. I think you’ll enjoy his reaction when you do keep modifying his cage to make him the happiest possible.

It looks nice! These grids you used (on the bottom portion) are the exact things I was talking about for the bed in your other thread. Silly me forgot you built your cage out of them!

haha thats okay!! im going to either try to get some of them this weekend to keep him out from under my bed or have my dad or boyfriend figure something else out to stop him from going under there, like maybe wood or something.
