It's been two days since I've started bonding my two male (neutered) rabbits. They've been living side by side and that's been going well, but once I put them in the bathroom together yesterday there was some ignoring and some fighting (stopped it before any hair pulling). Today I decided to put them together again and it was HORRIBLE. I'd stop mini fights but I don't know what happened...I guess I looked away for a second and all of a sudden I hear them fighting and I got them to stop and pulled one of the rabbits away but then I saw TONS of fur everywhere. This fight broke out literally 2 minutes of being around each other. My bunny looked so scared :/ I know it's only been two days but I don't want this to happen again. Should I stop the bonding process?
edit: Im starting the switching cages process (putting one rabbit in the others cage and vice versa). They're both grooming themselves and eating in the other cages. Do you think I should do this for a couple nights before putting them together again?
