Hi, first of all! Okay, well, my grandparents LOVE  building things and I’ve asked them to help me create my own two story rabbit house. I need a few tips.

        – Each story will be 12 in high and a 16 by 16 square. The doors will be 8in high and 7in wide.there will be 3in square windows.

#1- I want to put something soft and comfy for her to lay on in the top. I can’t really think of anything to use. I don’t have many options. I’ve gotta get creative!

#2- How steep can my ramp be?

#3- What can I put on the ramp to make it easier for my dutch to run up.

#4- Any other problems in my measurements? And is there any precautions I should take?

        THANK YOU!!!

I don’t have much to offer except I would put a hidey house in her cage so she can go there when she wants some alone time you can just take a cardboard box and cut 2 wholes big enough for her to get in and out. A straw mat can be put down. Depending on your rabbit most rabbits like to chew so putting a blanket of some sort wouldn’t work. My rabbit loves to chew her sheets so I only let her play with them while she is out for exercise!

Carpet to lay on and for the ramp would work good.

If its mostly wood ( like the walls, etc ) its possible that they could eventually dig/chew their way out

1 – How about a dog bed or a fleece blanket?
