So we had Missy’s vet appointment this morning, and I am more than pleased. He was super nice, answered all my questions and was very knowlegable about diets, care, medicines etc. He said that in all the years he’s spayed and neutured rabbits he hasn’t lost one. That made me feel so much better. He checked her eyes and nose and ears and made sure she was a girl, lol. She is 3 1/2 lbs and he guessed that shes around four months old now.

He clipped her nails and showed me the best way to hold her to prevent her from kicking and hurting herself. He did say she might have a little bit of snuffles because she is sneezing so much, but since there isn’t any nasal discharge or other symptoms he didn’t want to prescribe her anything. Other than that Missy got a clean bill of health, we’re going back in about three months to talk about getting her spayed.
