And the weather is just terrible! So I am slightly worried. Nova has been in a tizzy all morn’. But I think I found a really good vet, and the exam is even cheaper than back in my hometown! I mostly want her teeth checked, to talk about the bald spot, and maybe her litterbox problems. Though because I don’t have a second litterbox, I am still writing that off as a “she might just be lazy” thing. Though it doesn’t explain not pooping out of her cage… Hmm…

I hate having to go out in bad weather, but if you have her in her carrier (maybe toss a big towel over it to get from your door to the car door) so she stays dry, and then drive carefully (DO NOT TEXT US, LOL), it will be fine. If you can go slowly, you will be relieved to have her exam overwith. You may even get more time and attention from the vet if other appointments were cancelled.

The part I am dreading the most is that I have to sneak her downstairs and to the car, which is where her crate is. I have done this a few times already, I just put her in a big tote bag and she just sits there, but I know she sure doesn’t like it! And the people that do lawn care are out in force with their big machinery… Hopefully they will be done by the time I leave in 15 minutes. lol.

Good news, I can’t go online very well with my phone, so there are no worries there! It literally takes about 10-30 seconds to load one page.

Mind you, she still has the same number of teeth, just a little less on the top and sides of some of them. She weighs 1.5 kg. She is apparently spoiled beyond reason. I guess hay topper on her pellets, four different types of hay, and about 4-5 other treats makes her super spoiled (not including her greens). And I guess dandelion greens are like bunny crack. The vet asked if the room she was in was bunny proof and I said we are getting there and she laughed. She liked the litterbox I have. Oh, and the office had tons of bunny things for sale. A little pricey, but still nice. Tons of critical care packages. They really know what they are doing there. And they were affordable! Exam, and teeth trim cost less than $150!!! And she might only ever need the one trim for the rest of her life. In the end, I was in and out in just over an hour.

You scared me, I thought you were going to the vet because she was sick! .  Glad it went well, sounds like you found a great vet.

Well she was kind of sick… She would have started having lots of problems if I didn’t get it taken care of. However, I was spot on when it came to what side her teeth were bad! I am so excited to have that taken care of, and she is already back home munching away!

Yup, now to just make sure she doesn’t get fat… She will probably eat constantly now, and I love giving her treats…
