The picture isn’t showing but I think it’s because the site was up and down yesterday. Please read the technical section for instructions on how to post a pix, because sometimes there’s a way to insert it that adds to the server issue and I wouldn’t want you to have any trouble showing it. Just look for a recent post, probably pinned to the top, on how to insert a pix in the Technical Forum.

Sounds like he’s done the rabbit flop which is normal and healthy. They completely zone out and it can look a bit freaky. He must be feeling secure in your home to relax that much so it’s a good sign.

This is Mr Bills rabbit Nessa in a bunny flop. Most buns end up on the side but some stay on their backs.

thanks i read the tech instructions but the ‘insert image’ button isnt visible (it was yesterday)!
and Jerseygirl, that is so cute and nearly exactly what he was doing! i was quite curious as to whether it was regular behaviour or i just had a quirky bun, so glad to know it means he’s comfortable here already =^-^=

Perfectly normal. We had a bunny who slept in this manner but with his eyes wide open as well. Freaked out anyone who visited our home!
