Prelude : Frannie is 13 months old , Spayed had her first
Waffles 3 yrs old, not spayed
set up as in picture -
the xpen comes down and
Frannie can run around - she will sniff and bunny flop next to Waffles cage for hours with no aggressive behavior - but , the second Waffles comes out to explore - Frannie chases her and bites her neck
So I thought Frannie likes her, but I guess not Do you think it might change after Waffles gets spayed ? or am I doing the whole introduction wrong ? ANY input would be greatly appreciated Thanks !!
Oh , absolutely !!! Waffles is getting spayed Wednesday !!! When I put her in her xpen she pees and poops ALL over - so I have her in the smaller cage ( which makes me sad ) until I get her hormones undercontrol, then I will try to train her - The shelter had her in a teeeeny tiny cube like cage :-( so I bought this one for a temp cage until I can get her spayed. I do take her out and spend at least 2 hours with her a day - so she can run and exercise.....but she still pees and poops all over ........( territory marking do you suppose ? ) Poor little bun bun - I can't wait to get her fixed up , her nails trimmed, etc.....I am sure she will feel much better
