I’m sure most of you have seen this video by now but was just curious your thoughts on bunny herding.  I know other people have seen this behavior before, so it isn’t completely rare. But still, it’s a pretty cute video.  And this bunny is now pretty famous.

This was posted in the Lounge section earlier. I’m not entirely sure the rabbit was actually herding the sheep…I don’t know enough about sheep behavior.

Thanks Sarita. I looked in the Lounge section but couldn’t find the thread.  I wasn’t exactly sure whether the bunny was herding either.

Edited: Now, I found the thread. Missed it the first time around.  These sheep, however, are very well trained as BCs have been used to herd the sheep.

I did find additional info. from another Facebook post from an interview someone found.  The sheep and rabbit are owned by the same person and share the same barn.  The BC is a visitor.  No training has been done with the rabbit.  Many have asked this question.

I’m wondering if it ialmost a territoriality behavior?
