Binky Bunny makes a litter screen.

You can also put the litter box in a larger, upside down with a cut-out side cardboard box to keep diggings contained.

You could always just scoop it back into the box instead of putting fresh stuff out every time Cuddles flips it.

Options to stop it could be Sam’s idea, or if your bun is in a pen or condo, attach the box to the side of the pen/condo to keep it from getting flipped over. Cut a couple small holes into the litter box, loop a zip tie through, and use a clip or hook of some sort to secure it to the wall.
