When he chews something he shouldn’t, make a noise like he would make to show displeasure – I use a loudish “EH!” or a light thump, then give him something that is OK to chew. But, textures like rubber are pretty much bunny magnets for chewing, so if you can try to block it off – can you pick up the legos when he’s out ? Or make a NIC cube block off to throw up while bun is out to play?

you can spray the stuff with vinegar but that only lasts until the vinegar dries and the smell goes away

                Thats kinda what bunnies do

Is he altered? That might help some of the behavior. Keep up anything you don’t want eaten (or isn’t healthy for him to eat) is another must. For furniture and baseboards, I’ve had success with a spray called “Fooey”. It tastes disgusting.

He is neutered, I can’t block it of with cubes(my dad would say “NO” to that) Its his house, I have to follow his rules. My brother won’t let me put vinegar in the lego city. What do I do????

He will need to be allowed out in a different area of the house where it’s safe for him. Legos would be incredibly dangerous if he ate them.
