Rabbit gums should be pink, I believe. I would get her to the vet asap. Has she had a yearly exam?

Purple gums can be a sign of an infection, since this was so sudden and her nose is also runny… I would take her to a vet ASAP.

Call the vet asap and see if you can get her in. If not, ask the vet what it is and what you need to do while making the next available appointment (probably not till Monday.) Don’t delay in calling your vet to get advice today, though.
