So im pretty sure my rabbit has fur mites and i have scheduled an appt with the vet for monday ( four days from now!!!). The small bald spot on the top of her head where the mites seem to be located has been getting scratched. Either from her itching it she has been causing it to become red, and not it has a small red “cut” where it looks open! i dont want it to get infected or cause any harm.

I dont know if i can put neosporine on it to help unitl monday??? or bag balm? Or anything else?

        Please give advice

Neosporin without the pain relief stuff is fine to put on it. I think that would be better than Bag Balm as that is just an ointment. Poor little bun! Sending healing vibes to her.

Definitely the neosporin, WITHOUT pain meds. It will help it heal and clean it.
