Sounds normal. How old is your bunny? Cold ears can sometimes mean they are sick or dehydrated.

But don’t let cold ears though scare you unless your bunny is also showing some signs of illness, like not eating or pooping, lethargic, etc. Cooler ears may be normal if your house is a little chilly. When a bunny is conserving they body heat they will constrict the veins in their ears to prevent heat loss via their ears. This can make their ears feel cold to the touch.

I forgot to mentioned te ear color. Since this seems to be over time, not overnight, then gave you noticed fur growth on the ears? Just wondering if that could make the ears just appear lighter pink.
