Ralphy has been taking his medicine since Tuesday 11/22 and his sneezing has decreased immensly. He still has yellow crust around his nose. I have to have him finish the whole bottle the vet said so approximitely 2 weeks. Is this a good sign his sneezing has gone down from 6+ times a day to 2 in this week even though he still has yellow crust?

Yes it’s a good sign. After the medicine is gone, discuss his remaining symptoms with your vet to determine if he needs further treatment. Stickers started on Monday and her runny nose and sneezing are both gone, my vet said that what he was aiming for was the sneezing to disappear.

I think you probably won’t be able to know until the whole bottle has been given to him. It does sound like a good sign that his sneezing has gone down, but again I wouldn’t be quick to come to a conclusion until he has been given all the medicine. Sorry I know that really doesn’t help, if it we’re me I’d be worried about my bunny too.

@ BunnyFriend: Yeah, I’m really anxious to have him finish this bottle so I can see if he’s better. I just signed him up for VPI so happy bout that but I really don’t want him sick with this the rest of his life. I pray he’s better so I don’t have to have him get a culture done.

I doubt he won’t be completely cured. It is very important to finish a whole prescription like that (unless instructed otherwise) so it can work to clear out his system of the illness, not just relieve the symptoms. Many types of illnesses come back partly due to folks thinking that they can stop a treatment early, which turns out to be too early for full efficacy. You are doing the right thing, and I agree with Stickerbunny and bunnyfriend.
