I'm sorry, Sarita, that you had to say goodbye to Mango, but you rescued him and gave him a great life and you loved each other. He waits for you now and will be watching over you until you are together again one day in the distant future. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

so sorry to hear about your Mango :cries: making a decision to keep your pet or let them go is probably one of the hardest decisions a person has to make. i hope your lovely fuzzywuzzy memories w/ Mango will provide you comfort through this tough time.

I'm so sorry, Sarita... I haven't been on much lately and just saw this post. I hate to see anyone lose a bunny, but you're always such a wonderful support to everyone else, it especially saddens me to see your name up there at the Rainbrow Bridge forum. I don't know much about Mango, but I do know that any bunny who had the good fortune to have a home with you was a very lucky bunny. He must have had a wonderful life with you and gotten the very best care possible... and in the end you made the toughest decision any of us can have to make. It takes a lot of kindness and love to care for a bunny through their life, but sometimes the ultimate sacrifice is knowing when to let them go. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

Binky free, Mango! It's so hard to make that decision when the time comes, even if you know it's near. You did a brave thing for him and he's free of pain now!

(((Binky free Mango)))

It's so sad to hear of Mango's passing! You provided him with such an amazing home and life, he was a super lucky bunny and I know that in grief, this is hardly enough, but he lived a wonderful, long life with you.

I hope we all are as blessed as you were to share our bunnies lives for so long, and that we have the courage to make such tough end of life decisions for our beloved buns.
