On Monday at about 4:15, my one and only guinea pig, Rocky, passed away. I am so shocked and heart broken. Today would have been our 4th anniversary since he had joined my family. He didn't show any signs of being ill until it was too late. He has been my buddy since my first guinea pig died. I will miss the way he would greet me when I walked into the room and the way he would beg for treats. He was the loudest squeaker and was hardly ever quiet. I taught him to turn in a circle on command and eventually he just did it every time I brought veggies. Surprisingly, I will miss how he would chew on the bars of the cage in the morning to make sure I got out of bed to feed him. My room feels so empty without him. It still feels like a dream. I keep thinking that he will be there when I come home from school. I miss him soooo much! I don't plan on replacing him with another guinea pig but it is for sure that I will be adopting a rabbit sometime after the holidays. I will try to upload pics. So far they aren't uploading.
