        Hey, everyone.

So, lately my rabbit, Loki, has been a total pest! So we have set up a boundary for him, which is four-foot-tall, but he can jump over it. I was wondering if there is anything that we can do which would inhibit his desire to jump this specific boundary? it is only cardboard, was I don’t wish to buy wood. Would buying metal grates be any better? as he wouldn’t be able to guage the height as well?

Perhaps I should note, he only jumps on particular point, which is roughly four foot high!

I’d really appreciate some advice with this. it is driving me ‘up the wall’

Is he jumping over a barrier? I guess I don’t understand your set-up. Many times for x-pens you can put a sheet over the top to deter them from jumping.

I’d also like more info. Is this to block him from a room or something, or is this an enclosure of some type.

You do need to be careful using cardboard for barriers because rabbits can chew thru it very quickly. If you were to leave him out while you guys were away from the house, he might start nibbling it in the morning and have it all gone by afternoon. It doesn’t take long.

Please describe in a little more detail (or post a pic) so we can understand how you’re using the cardboard and maybe we can offer a better alternative that won’t cost and arm and a leg.
