This is not clueless beginner’s question! I know what a bunny’s diet needs to be! =)

I have two bunnies (one lop, one dutch x- both adults, the lop’s at around 3 kg, dutch at around 2) at home that go through their timothy like their life depends on it (i guess it does in a way?? ). They can manage a 9lb in about a week. For their size, that’s a lot! I supplement their diet daily with greens and an occasional meal (4 x a week?) of pellets as well (they’re getting a little fat).

I just wanted to ask, IS THIS NORMAL? i don’t mind having two hay eating machines at home and have now resorted to ordering 25 lb bags from the vet’s (anyone in toronto, canada have better suggestions on how to bulk order hay at a low price?) but is there something such as too much hay for them??

Nope. They are grazers, so hay eating is normal. Powder goes through it like crazy too – he loves his hay more than his pellets! lol You can order 50lb bags of oxbow from amazon for cheaper than buying the smaller bags, also farm quality hay is fine for them if you can find a local place with bales for sale for horses, so check feed stores/local farms if there are any near you.
