I just found craisins without preservatives (99% of the dried fruit in the aisle is preservatives!) finally and let my buns try it -  I now have bunnies chasing me around the house scratching my legs lol is that just a universal every bun loves them kind of treat?

Heehee yeah pretty much ;P Wilbur goes absolutely crazy, she'll continue frantically searching me for more loudly sniffing. I buy my "craisins" from Whole Foods, they don't have preservatives either (:

My two go absolutely nuts over them. I just shake the bag and they can be sound asleep and wake up instantly and come stampeding.

Mine will do anything for a craisin!

I'm not a huge fan of feeding them because of the high sugar and everything else, but they're so darn convenient and the bunnies go crazy over them. I just wish there were some healthier varieties easily available.

Yeah, I don't intend to feed them too much or too often - but they've never gone that crazy over any type of food I have offered them yet! Stickers is a food addict and I thought her reaction towards other things was pretty cute, but she'll let me do anything to her for a craisin. lol

For a while I was using papaya, which they seemed to like just as much, but I haven't found another source for sugar free dried papaya. Plus, it was kind of a pain to cut the big chunks into little pieces all the time - the craisins are already little (and I usually rip them into thirds).

Craisins are the only way to get mine back to their cage when I have to leave for work in the morning. Boy do they come running!
