I was wonder where people order there supplies online? I normally order my pellets and hay through Drs. Foster and Smith. I use oxbow products only. Lately they have become so expensive. So I am looking for the same products for cheaper. Thanks

I order mine through BB. It helps support the site, and it always gets here fast!

Binky Bunny… The site you are on. Haha I get lots of stuff here too, although sometimes I do Amazon.

Binky Bunny has great prices on pellets, it makes it worth while to stock up so you only have to ship every so often. I bought 5, 10 lbs bags awhile ago. Man that was a heavy box!

I don’t order many things for the rabbits online. I get Oxbow from a local feed store where they have punch cards for both the pellets and the hay. It’s nice to get a free one every once in awhile.

I like the BB store and I love how BB includes a nice little gift in every order

Speaking of that, Chacha should be receiving her Cotton Tail Cottage in the mail soon

My next question I have read in books that it is not good to purchase alot of pellets. So that is why I only purchase 2 months worth. I use to freeze them and my bunnies wouldn’t eat them?

I usually go with whatever store has the cheapest shipping, which Dr Foster & Smith has lately. And I can get bird stuff with the bunny stuff that way for the same shipping price. Our stores don’t carry the good brands of exotics food, so I have to try to mesh roudybush (bird pellets) with oxbow when I can to avoid the fact shipping costs more than the actual product!

I order from Binky Bunny too. I can’t say enough good things about them. The quality is excellent and so is the customer service (thanks Jen)! I have it shipped to my work so the shipping is cheaper.

Oh, and yes don’t buy your pellets in bulk. Bunnies like there food fresh and will not eat it if it’s old. There’s nothing technically wrong with the pellets, they just don’t like them. Think of it like eating a bag of stale chips, you wouldn’t want them either, would you?

Actually, certain nutrients begin to break down over time. So they aren’t just stale, they’re not as healthy either.

I use the smartpost. It is cheaper, but it doesn’t matter to me. I know I’ll just get my package, hahah!! Although, the more expensive shipping is super doper fast!
