Last weekend when I came back from my parents' house I noticed Lago wasn't putting much weight on her right front paw. My friend that came by to feed my bunnies said that she was a bit clumsy and fell over after binkying into my viola case. I took her to see the vet and they took x-rays. Turns out she fractured her toe and had to get a splint. She hasn't been in much pain since she was still eating and acting pretty normal besides putting less weight on her injured paw so the doctor opted not to give her metacam. She's got a red splint on her front leg now and it's kinda cute watching her hop around with it. She's not chewing on it, luckily. I have some pictures!
Lucky it was just a toe and nothing more serious. She does look cute with the cast, a bit disapproving in the second pic though. How long does she have to wear the cast?
