Help! Sophie wont stop humping my bf!!

 So all of a sudden today our sweet little girl has become a humping maniac!! she latched onto my bf and would not let go she even left scratches!  we’ve attempting to use a stuffed bunny as a stand in but it only distracts her for so long…what should I do? and does this mean shes nearly ready to be spayed??  I didnt expect her to be the maniac…lol little upset my baby girl is somewhat of a nympho….and my bf is a little afraid of her!

ugh lol the lady we adopted her from said she was only 4months, arent you supposed to wait until 6? I have a feeling she is older but I dont know how to tell, shes like a fiend though and it just starting so suddenly

If she is acting like this.. she is ready Probably more than 4 months old.

It is very likely she is over 4 months old.

I would make an appointment for her ASAP.

thats what my bf said! he walked in and told me I needed to call the vet tomorrow, scared me at first but after witnessing her crazed behavior towards his arm and leg and the stuffed bunny Id have to agree just wasnt sure if she was ready but I will call tomorrow, and hopefully I can schedule both bunnies for the same day

Many vets prefer to wait until 6 months, but if you don’t have an exact age, they can usually tell when it should be done by size. I’d definitely call and have the vet determine whether she’s good to go now…

oh dear……I nearly fell off my chair, your poor bf…..

we have one member who’s fuzzy slippers were constantly violated whether her feet were in them or not.

The only reason my vet preferred to wait a bit was for her (the vet’s) comfort level in doing the procedure since they are so small, and a spay is slightly more delicate than a neuter. Call your vet and ask if it’s too soon or if you can make an appointment asap. Your bunny is ready, now you just want an experienced vet who’s comfortable doing it. Not set time as long as your bunny is good to go. (Or bad, as the case may be.)

 we’re bringing them both to the vet on Tuesday and depending on what the vet says she may keep them both to do the surgeries, but if she doesnt feel like sophie is ready, they said they would just do cady and hold out on her… he’s definitely ready I have a very smelly baby boy with some scary new jellybeans!  but im crossing my fingers they can do both the same day!

With him being smelly — well to her, musky hunky bunny, that is also helping to creating your nympho girl. And especially if you handled your male bunny and then you pet her, then there could be some real hormone whackyness going on. Good luck with the Tuesday appointment.
