Gotta tell ya, this one actually had me shocked. Oliver (will be 10 in october), the stealthy ninja bun that he is, has learned how to open the fridge door. I came home the other day and the fridge was wide open. He had pulled the bag of parsely off the bottom shelf, torn it open and he and Meg ate all the leaves off the stems and left them in a pile for me to find. I know meg was involved cause she had parsley breath…lol But i totally know he’s the leader of the pack because, frankly, Meg isn’t sneaky enough…lol

Just curious as to what your buns have learned to do.

Wow!!! Dont let your buns tell the rest of ours how to do that, please.

I watched a video recently that had two bunnies working together to open a trash can and pull out the veggies in it.

Spencer learned that if he hits his pen door hard enough with his head that it will open and he and Kate can escape. That’s a pretty typical Spencer move though, he’s not all that sneaky, but he is a little billy goat. Kate can tell if I haven’t completely latched the door to the office, I think she can hear it, and she pops it open and hides in the very full walk in closet. She also waits by the door for my boyfriend to come out for coffee and zooms in. She’s our little ninja bunny. They are too afraid of the kitchen floors and the strange cooking noises that occur in the kitchen to go in there, so my fridge is safe!

Love it! Oliver is staying far, far away from my buns!

haha yeah. he’s a brat. Kate, when oliver was little, we had the same problem with him figuring out how to get out of his cage. he’d chew on the latch until it came loose and we’d find him in random places in the mornings…lol
