What litter do you prefer to use?

Aspen Supreme has been my favorite by far now, after trying around. It’s organic, biodegradable and possibly recycled. But it keeps the stench down much better than anything else I’ve used. I tried for awhile using some of the recycled paper products but they just didn’t do the job. I picked up another bag of aspen supreme to mix with the stuff I already have.

I mix-I use an aspen wood chip and mix it with wood stove pellets or carefresh or both-whichever is available when I shop. I find it extends the life of the litter with at least two types

I’ve used Carefresh, Yesterday’s News, and Feline Pine…the last one is my favorite out of the three .

Yesterday’s News paper pellets for bunnies butts. ^-^ Dutchess isn’t picky, so long as there is a box where she parks her bum in that certain corner, otherwise I’ll be wiping it all up by hand.

Thanks for reminding me =p I gotta go change her litterbox. At one in the morning. Not unusual for me, though.

i’m using horse bedding pellets, and LOVING them! in fact, i’m planning to switch my cats to it, too, once their current bag of litter is gone.

My cats would strike if I switched to a pine pellet I am sure. : ) I use woodstove pellets- and am happy with the results and cost. I line the litterbox with newspaper and add WSP and some hay- and when it is time to clean I peel the soaked paper out and it removes most of the WSP mush.
