  I just saw this and it broke my heart. The little miracles rescue shelter where I got PB & J from are trying to rescue these bunnies.
  
  The horrible unliscensed breeder is selling them for $8 now if she doesn’t sell them in the next 3 days or so she’s going to gas them!!!

  It is horrible. I follow the Little Miracles on Facebook and have been watching them trying to organize groups to at least rescue a few of them if they can. They have someone driving down from NJ to pick up the ones they can take.

  I really hope that rescues can come in and confiscate all her rabbits without a penny of compensation, ugh. It’s a great sales ploy, and I feel like if she makes enough money selling her bunnies she will just keep on “breeding”. Not to mention the homes that some of the bunnies might go to, if people decide on a whim to snatch one up to “save” it.

  What was strange was in the news story it says the local animal services doesn’t “handle” calls about rabbits. It’s hard to believe she’s allowed to ‘gas’ them without some sort of animal cruelty charges to face.
