  Ok, I took my bunny Kiwi to the vet about a month ago and the receptionist who specialized in rabbits said she was a female. At the time Kiwi was about 5 months old… I think that’s old enough to tell the sex right? Anyway, now Kiwi has started to bite and hump my arm. At first I thought it was a dominance thing but now I looked down at her privates when she was humping and a long, skinny pink thing came out which looked way too much like a penis.
  
  I’m just wondering if female genitals protrude when they hump? It wouldn’t make sense if a females genitals poked out if she’s humping for dominance but I don’t know. I’m starting to think she is a he but I just want to know if anyone else has a female whose pee pee pokes out when they hump.
  
  btw, I know I could flip her and check her properly but it’s way too much of a hassle and I don’t feel like wrestling with her.

  It sounds like she is really a he. Females can hump for dominance, but there isn’t anything that would protrude like that. Can you turn her over and look for testicles, two small mounds on either side of the genitals…
