All four of my little dwarfs love love love their Snak Shak logs…I’ve bought countless toys, and aside from willow balls and fingertraps, Snak Shak logs are still their favorite chew toy.

I’m one of those moms that won’t let their kids eat sugar-my bunns have a very strict and well balanced diet, with the exception of those logs.

I used to think it was ok to have the log in their room, as long as they still had proper amounts of greens, fruit, hay, etc. Now, I just want to find a healthier variation.

I want a Snak Shak log substitute that provides just a little sweetness, and is a similar size, and texture. If these things were really honey and hay, I’d be willing to keep them…but their extra ingredients are just too unsettling.

Does anybody know of a more perfect log?

I don’t know of a log like that but have you tried like a willow tunnel? I think they’re smaller and a lot of rabbits love willow. I think you can get them from busybunny.com but I am not sure.

What a cutie. Mocha’s idea is great – give the tunnel a try.
