We live in a third floor apartment and have a nice, big screened in patio where our bunny resides. I work from home and sit near the sliding door all day, so I get to keep an eye on her. I just looked out there and I see two HUGE WASPS buzzing around, clearly trying to get out… which I don’t know how they will, as I have no idea how they even got in in the first place! Is this an immediate danger to her? I’m absolutely horrified of bugs and probably allergic… should I bundle up and go out there and try to bring her inside right now? I don’t want them to get inside our apartment, as my boyfriend is equally scared of bugs. What should I do?

I am not sure if the wasps will bother the bunny or not- I would not think so but can’t say for sure. You should go over the patio inch by inch to find out where the wasps are getting in especially since the bunnies lives out there.

i dont think a wasp would be able to sting a bunny unless it was on the ear where there is short fur.

the wasps may be attracted by the water dish.

i still run from bees of any sort,, stemming from a traumatic yellow-jacket-in-the-shorts incident in ’80 while playing starwars figures in my sandbox…

Ditto-try to find how they are getting in. Also avoid using any sprays-there are really harmful chemicals in them.
I think wasps will only sting when bothered so shouldn’t bother the bunny-at least until fall when they get crazy and just sting.
Any friend you can call to come squash them? I would -but a little far from you
