I keep my treats in a jar, and my bunny responds to the sound of the jar opening instead of my clicker.  Do you have any recommendations for a silent treat dispenser?  Or better yet, a treat dispenser that clicks?

What would be ideal is a treat dispenser that clicks as it dispenses the treat itself!  I found the Click n’ Treat designed for dogs  http://www.wearepets.co.uk/dogs/dog-produc…-dispenser  but it dispenses “contains crunchy biscuit treats full of flavour, vitamins and minerals for your dog” and I’m not sure I could replace the dog biscuits it’s designed for with my own treats (like cheerios).

I also found the FastTreat Treat Dispenser store.clickertraining.com/speedetreat.html but it’s designed to be worn while standing and we want something that can sit on the coffee table (plus, it’s pretty darn ugly).

        Any advice?

        Thanks,
        Matty & Turbo

When Turbo isn’t around, take out a small handful of treats and put them next to the jar or on some table/shelf. Then, next time you are training him they are already out and you don’t have to open the jar. Are you giving Turbo Cheerios as treats?

Yes, I give him a few cheerios as treats. Is that ok?
