I’m pretty sure their teeth were white before. Recently I looked at JT & Meadow’s teeth and they are really yellow. For comparison I looked at Bambi and Cinnamon’s and they are just slightly yellow.

I’m wondering if it is caused by the new hay or apple/pear tree twigs.  Or could it be something else all together. I looked on rabbit.org and couldn’t find any information.

Is discoloring normal, or should I be concerned?

        As always, thanks.

How old are they? I am assuming that rabbit teeth naturally yellow as they age. I’ve been told that this is one way a vet can narrow down whether a rabbit is simply an adult, or closer to a senior bunny. My Max has very yellow teeth, Mead’s are still pretty white.

I don’t think it’s a concern. Rabbits teeth aren’t always perfectly white. If they were brown, then I might be concerned. But yellow, not so much.

If their teeth turned yellow very quickly, they’re probably just eating something that makes their teeth yellow. It’s also normal for bunnies’ teeth to yellow as they age.
