        Hey

So today i took malrey outside to brush her with the amazing binkybunny comb!!!

Well I noticed that along her spine there seems to be some flakeyness that looks like dandrif to me…. Is this possible? The fur is even different too. It seems like more oily maybe or something like that. and when you brush them the wrong way to make the fur stand up, that patch just stays down. Also at the tail and upper but area there seems to be some dandruff too.

Is the normal? Should i be concerned?

It really could be anything. It could be mites, a fungal infection or just a patch of dry skin! I’d keep an eye on it and if it persists or you’re worried for any reason pop her down to the vets.

Sorry I can’t be more help, couldn’t read and run though!

My first guess is dandruff which is common in winter when heating dries up indoor air. The fur along the spine of an animal is usually different than other areas, it tends to be glossier and fall down flatter so I would not worry about that. If the dandruff looks to be something other, like a parasite, leaving your bunny itchy and bald or with red skin in places you shoud seek the attention of your vet. Dandruff is usually white.
