        Is there a “proper” belly massage technique??

        I came home to dozens of large holes chewed in a blanket in Olivers cage…..I can’t quite piece it all together and think he may have chowed down some of it.

          He mightn’t allow it now but if he seems uncomfortable later he might take a belly rub. Hay and water is good to keep the gut moving quickly and hopefully help pass indigestables.

            I can only do belly rubs on Meadow if she’s already feeling sick. If she’s feeling fine, there’s no way she’d allow me to do one preventatively. That’s a good article Jersey posted. Worth a read and bookmark it for later reference.
