Someone recommended your products on The Natural Rabbit yahoogroup, and some people had some problems registering and placing orders. I told the group that I would get in touch with you and let you know what happened.

It does look really good ... only problem is ... you can't order it.
I tried for an hour to get registered with their site ... They're supposed
to send you a pass code and you can't order without it, but they never send
it. If I try to register again, it tells me I'm already registered but sends
me to a page where I have to put in my username, my password AND the
registration code that they were supposed to send. I sent them an email from
their site but don't have a lot of hope that they will even answer it. It's
a shame, the hay looked good.

I find that with many of our sites too, not only that, but they invite you to contact them and then don't bother to reply. Frustrating isn't it?
