Obviously I need some small ball-tipped grooming scissors, but I want to know if I need very high quality sharp ones? I was going to buy a pair for 10 bucks and some reviews said things like “too dull for my dog’s fine hair” and got me thinking bunny is gonna be 10 times that lol.  Any reccomendations on a specific scissor model and brand? Around $20 bucks if we can but I’ll pay more if I have to.

Dog and rabbit fur are different obviously. lol i have a blue pair of Oster brand ball tipped scissors to cut the occasional poop out of Lolli’s fur. They are absolutely fine. I found them at Walmart for $10 or under. You could always buy a cheaper scissor and see how they work for you. At pet stores, you are usually able to take anything back with a receipt. Just make sure to ask. Also, if you can’t, you could always donate them to your local shelter and then invest in a more expensive pair.

I really am not sure about what type of scissors to recommend for angora fur. Can you contact a breeder or rabbit groomer and see what they would recommend?

whenever you have to use scissors on a pets hair- I always recommend doing it during normal vet hours- just in case the animal gets cut by accident you will at least save yourself the emergency fee.

All my buns are short haired so I do not know what to recommend for Angora grooming.
