Ok  so  I found 2 cages I am considering for ;Cotton.

        One is 2 ft x 2 ft x 2 ft.

        His current cage is 33 x 20 x 18

The first cage isn’t much bigger in fact it looses 9 inches in length

However it is perfect for the space.

The 2nd is 46 x 24 x 24.     This one is more $ and makes it harder for me to get off the couch.

I think the 2nd one is the one for Cotton.  I want him to be able to stretch his legs when we are gone and he is locked up

About vacuums  I wanted a bissell pet one for 70.00        My mom said she has this old hoover.  The vacuum store told her this will last forever not to part with it.  It sucks up everything my mom says.  It is heavy though and has all it’s attachments.  Sounds like it can suck up hay no problem.  So I think when she comes I will take it.  She is coming to visit soon and will bring it.Sounds likea good vacuum.  IT is an old one and they made things that last at that time.

Your Mums vac sounds good to give a try. Some of the older models do outlast new ones. One thing BT when looking into a new vac is to give it a go in the store if you can. Give you an idea of how heavy it is to maneuver. I just bought a 2nd hand vac (virtually new) that was exact model I was looking for. But I was disappointed in how heavy it is, same as the old one. It’s taking a bit of getting used to. Other than that, it’s really good.

With cages, do you put it on the couch when you’re home or before going out? This is something to keep in mind, how easy it is for you to handle.

Cottons house is besides me on the couch.

I decided today to make a run for him of those nic cube things. Worked out good  I just have to move the lamp when I use it.

It looks nice n roomy for him now

Guess I got almost all the problems and decisions taken care of
