A Special Rescue Request from Griffon the Rabbit:

"Hello! My name is Griffon and I am wee little unneutered lionhead bunny. My age is unknown. I am a bit of a mess right now. I was found as a stray, running around by myself by the Animal Control Officers, 'severely underweight' and to top it off, I have malocclusion. I’m in pretty bad shape and this is AFTER the volunteers worked on my eyes and clipped my teeth so I could start eating again. The volunteers said that I was a good little boy and let them handle me while they tried to make me feel better.

Unfortunately, due to my ailments, I am considered unadoptable and need to find a permanent home now. My time is up on September 2, 2010, which means that the shelter needs to know if I have a home by the end of Wednesday, September 1, 2010. If not, then I will be euthanized. Please help me! I was left to fend for myself and now I need a loving and warm home to call my own. Will that be you? If so, please contact Jennifer Lee at jenlee03@yahoo.com. We are in Northern California/Bay Area."
