So. I have a list that I made recentrly for people to make stuff for. I had a class this past weekend for ring making, and I learned a few new tricks. So… I figured I’d post some of the stuff I learned recently, just in case anyone wants somethign different now Some of it is a bit more pricey to make, if I have the stuff already I will have no problem makign some for people. Let me know

I’m not currently selling anything, just making pretty things for people as I practice and learn more. Sooo.. if you want one, just let me know what size, and if you want gold, silver, or copper wire. That one has copper and silver. It looks best with 2 colors, but can make it a single color if people want it like that.

Each rose ring will turn out different, the wire doesn’t always wrap the same So you would end up with a one of a kind piece.

MissKris, Some of it I learned myself, some I took classes for. The rose ring I learned how to twist the wire this past weekend. It’s surprisingly fast and easy to do

LPT, the rings don’t cost much to make at all, especially since I have a ton of hte wire already, and you wouldn’t believe how many different colored crystals I have too lol. My hubby can’t believe it either

im sorry guys.i didnt know about ring sizes because i always buy adjustable ones.after reading all responses here,i looked it up and 2 1/2 INCHES is actually size 10.sorry foe the oops moment there.LOL.

so i guess im size 10?i measured my middle finger since thats where i would want the ring.

The necklace isn’t quite a red, its kind of a dark burnt orange color. Hard to see in that light. I think they call it Indian red.. I’ll have to double check with my supplier But it’s a gorgeous color! I’ll be making the same necklace in an ice blue and opal color… will post it once it is done Now that I’m finally feeling better after being sick for 2+ weeks (gee, thanks cortisone shot for lowering my immune system) I have to make up for lost time making stuff. Being sick makes for shaky hands

Yeah, that egg recall has made me glad I don’t like eggs! We haven’t had to worry, as we don’t usually buy any. Hope you feel better soon too!

On top of it all, I started a new round of physical therapy yesterday, I need to go twice a week for 6 weeks, and my leg is already hurting. Bah. Hope it helps >.<

I’ll have to treat myself to a purdy bead shopping trip me thinks… lol

Geez…PT sounds so bogus. Does it really help? I mean, it reminds me of the old joke, “Doc, it hurts when I do this…” “Okay…then stop doing that.”

I miss the bead stores we used to have here. Can’t find any anymore.

Hopefully it will help. It will strengthen my leg muscles anyway, which is one thing the PT wants me to do. Strengthening my leg muscles will take some of the pressure off my kneecap, which will help it heal. At least, thats the plan.

I’m lucky here, if I google bead stores theres like 30 within a 20 minute drive of me hehe

Hubby’s bro had honeycombing kneecaps as a kid. He used to love soccer and had to quit because he would’ve had to have replacements and they weren’t that successful even then.

lolz…I don’t dare google anything…I’ll wind up spending money I don’t have anyway. ~_~

I know the feeling. Hubby has been complaining that our credit card bill is higher than he’d like… not that he is helping, with all his game purchases

Hopefully this PT will work, so I can get my settlement for the injury, pay off credit card, and go to my jewelry school Then he can’t complain! lol

I was bending wire for 6 years in my old work & I’m pretty sure I still wouldn’t be able to make anything as delicate or pretty as those. Looks like you have a talent for this. It’ll be great to do something you enjoy and be able to get an income for it.

So far so good with PT. I know something is different, all my leg muscles are sore from being worked, when they haven’t been for the last year. So that is something at least
