  How bad is it in B.C. now? Today the skies in Alberta were thick with smoke from your wildfires. I hope you are okay!

  A friend of mine on Facebook posted pics from her apartment window in Edmonton today… I can’t believe how bad it is! Can’t see anything, and its a clear day there. All brown and murky…
  
  I’ll have to call my mom up, she’s in Nelson BC, and see how it is there.

  Actually we had some storms over a week back that really cleared us up over here. It was nasty though, specially since i live in the Valley.
  We are having some more wind and some storms coming through today, so it’s not to bad.

  We have been wrapped up in a burnt-scented haze since yesterday morning. My eyes and nose have been watery from it. I keep thinking of you in B.C. — by the time the smoky skies make it out to us they aremuch more less intense.
  
  this is not all how our sky looks here. It’s so weird

  Yeah, just YUCK!
  See where I am in the summer when there’s not a lot of wind, but lots of heat we get all of Vancouvers polution, so the skyline and mountains are covered in a yellow haze, it’s disgusting.
  
  I’ve had to drive through some of the areas with Forest fires, during and after. It’s a sad site. Watching the water bombers fill and drop water is kinda neat though.
  I’m thinking you all in Alberta are getting more of the smoke then us down here on the coast this year.
