  Taken on my cellphone, so they’re not very high quality…but hey, there’s no such thing as a bad bunny picture! I took these several days ago when he was visiting the living room.

  He’s so cute…how is his skin condition? I haven’t heard you mention that in awhile. It looks like it’s cleared up in the photos.

  No, he still has it. I actually moved him out of his normal bunny room a day or two after these pictures, since there was starting to be mold in that room. He got 2 big bald spots on his face from all the stress of moving. Fortunately, I recently found out that applying “Sergeant’s Veterinary Balm” to the bald spots makes the fur grow back a lot faster, so I’ve been treating him with that. It’s working very well.
  
  EDIT: Forgot to say – when I took these pictures, he had a big bald spot on his right cheek too. You just can’t see it in these pictures.

  Poor guy! I’m glad you found something that helps somewhat. I wish you could discover what is causing this.

  We actually did figure out what was causing it back in May. We took him to a specialist vet and got a blood test and an exam. The vet said that he thinks it’s either a hormonal problem or sebaceous adenitis. I’ve personally observed that it also seems to be somewhat stress related; every time he gets stressed out, he forms a new bald spot the next day.

  That makes sense that it is stress related if it’s hormonal. I had to look the sebaceous adenitis – seems there is no cure for this.
