He was having a blast and I was trying not to laugh watching him (so as to maintain the integrity of the video)….and I haven’t posted a video before so I might have messed it up and will fix if so

This one starts out with some energy and then turns to a 10 second dead stare, followed by the usual flop.  haha  I think all his play times go this way.  1 – 2 minutes of hyperactivity, sometimes a stare, followed by a lazy flop and panting…haha  Are my bunnies just out of shape?  lol

And because I don’t like to leave her out, here’s a quick one of Oreo…very interested in the camera!

Hi   great videos.   That is so funny how your bunny throws the ball around.   My 2 never do that.  They totally ignore that type ball.

You have some lovely floors.  I like that light color.

As far as out of shape buns.  I don’t think they are out of shape.  Cotton chews or runs for a little bit then he comes next to me and plops breathing hard.   Taking a breather.  Then he goes back at it again.

Ruby Ravishing darling  I see a white blur now n then.  She isn’t as active as Cotton.  She is just super layed back.

Thanks bunnytowne! It’s funny, he’s had that ball since we got him…and he occasionally will throw it or just run into it (we only know bc we hear the bell…we call him santa blu sometimes lol)…but never really “play” with it. So the other night I decided to see if he’d play catch with me, or something similar lol. He was really into it for a while! Maybe bc I was interacting with him too so it was more fun for him? But if I just leave the ball sitting somewhere he might just ignore it. My other bunny doesn’t really do that, but maybe it’s a boy thing

I agree they’re not out of shape and it’s likely normal, but it cracks me up how much they shake/pant after running for a few minutes! Sounds like that’s just how bunnies are…makes me laugh! Their activity levels go up and down depending on nothing in particular…but they are both getting lazier with age! (Both are under a year, Oreo is almost a year)

            Cute bunnies you have!

Oh and thanks for the floor compliment   Not sure if the buns are crazy about them because they slide into EVERYTHING…especially during a sprint / binky.  also, the good thing is, I don’t have to dust as much since the bunnies pretty much clean for me lol  I always know when a dusting is overdue…I hear lots of sneezes..poor buns

haha yeah he is a spaz / lazy bun…spurts of energy sandwiched between lots of lounging around.

I think it’s because he’s still young (6.5 months or so)..hopefully he doesn’t lose his fun when he gets old and lazier

Aw, I love your buns. Blu slipping around while he was trying to do binkies was hilarious. Heh. Edmund won’t even leave my area rug to walk on my wood floors. His entire enclosure is carpeted, so I guess he’s been spoiled by the carpet and now refuses to try anything else.

Merbella…Thanks they have no choice..my whole house is wood floors! They have blankets in their pens and I lay out some random towels and carpet pieces, but other then that they have to deal with the slip and slide.
