THIS NEVER HAPPENS!!!  Anyone who has been on this board for very long knows I hardly ever ENCOURAGE people who don’t have a rabbit, and have no personal rabbit experience, to get one.

But I am thinking my sister should get a bunny.  She’s mentioned to me several times that she wants a pet, that she misses having something to take care of…

She just got married a few months ago and moved into an apartment with her new husband.  We’ve always had pets growing up, she’s a BIG animal lover, and like me… she would go without for her pets to be taken care of properly.  I think she’d do well.  I’m not trying to push her tho, since I know you have to want a bunny.  But I did give her the head’s up that there are rescues in this area with spay/neuter/littertrained rabbits available.

        I guess we’ll see…

Keep us updated :~) She has you to help her too so I see know reason why she wouldn’t want to get a rescued rabbit.

I’m thinking about MAYBE seeing if she wants to petsit in a few weeks when I go on vacation. I could load up the buns and one xpen to go over to her house… or I could stick with my original plan and keep them here and have someone stop by to take care of them.

Not sure if this would make her want a bunny… or make her never want a bunny… lol!

I think having her petsit would be a great idea – that way she can see the work involved and how rabbits really are. LOL…even if she decides that it makes her not want a bunny, that’s better for her. And well, there’s always a hamster :~) (not that cleaning a hamster cage is any more fun).

Lol… I’d rather clean litterboxes than hamster cages any day!

                  Oh WOW Lovely

I’ve had animals when I was little.. it was always fun having a little one running around

All of my friends and my boyfriend have warmed up to my little bun. It is amazing how people think when they actually see a rabbit running the living room and chinning everything

Aww it’s so much fun to make new bunny people A really good friend of mine heard so many good things about my bun, that she did a lot of research and decided she wanted one of her own. Knowing her, I really encouraged it (she’s such a good pet mom) and now she’s got a SUPER spoiled young bun and is just as badly addicted as I am
