Soooo....
Got an email today. A por little netherland dwarf bunbun, blacka nd grey in color, was dumped at some lady's house while she was moving. So RA got a call on the helpline... and I'm the only one who volunteered I'll be fostering a bunny! Of course, I talked it over with hubby first. And the OHS doesn't have room for the poor thing, so if I don't take it... who knows what would happen.
Now, this is just a foster. My next bunny has to be a lop I'll post pics when I get the little thign home. Not sure if male or female yet, so I'll keep you all posted! |

So exciting! You have been prepping for a foster though hadn't you? So they wouldn't have had to twist your arm would they? Specially for a blackish nethie! |

Well, this little guy is NOT black and grey... he's white and grey! But sooo darn cute... Poor little dude needs a vet visit bad though, has some nasty sores on his neck. The lady I picked him up from says he's been pulling alot of fur off his neck...
..so hopefully it's really a him and not a her about to have babies!
Here's a couple of pics of the cutie... we're calling him Smudge Sorry Lintini, but I'm stealing the name Smudge back being as you named Baggy ...well, Baggy

It's hard to tell right now... Smudge is rather round.. obviously didn't get much exercise time, and far too many alfalfa pellets. And he's bored.. I can tell that. The fur plucking COULD be nesting, or could be stress, boredom, all sorts of things. I'll be taking Smudge in for a vet check soon regardless I took an adorable pic of him/her again.. I'll post it shortly |

Hi Smudge! Aw MB, he's a cutie! Are M&M aware of his presence yet do you think? There might be small hope there won't be a litter... in that he/she has been pulling fur for a while. I think nesting does do it more so right before birth. Maybe he has been in a fight with another rabbit or animal? Hope it's nothing too bad. |

I just flipped Smudge over for a check.. and I think she's a girl... not 100% sure, but thats what I think. She has a nice clean bottom and nice white feet, and excellent teeth anyway And Moose saw her There was a little gap that he could see though to her pen waaay across the apartment, and he saw her He started digging at the corner of his pen, but gave up and went back to eating his hay. Monkey hasn't seen her yet. |

I think I'll be doing my best to NOT let them see Smudgie. It's best to keep em apart... don't want any miracle bonds lol. That would be just my luck... |
